Placing Leaders are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Co-Ordinator / Internal Project Manager. We are seeking someone with experience working with the construction industry and with excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Project Co-Ordinator is responsible for achieving the project management and professional coordination of allocated projects in the commercial house building market. To ensure that customers receive an exemplary service whilst minimising risk and cost to the business.
This is a busy role, requiring the Project Co-Ordinator to co-ordinate with External Customers, Partners and Colleagues to ensure the timely manufacture and installation of high quality windows.
This is a fast-paced department, with a high volume of work, within an environment characterised by deadline-driven customer expectation. You will also be working with high specification and high value bespoke products where attention to detail is key. The company has an informal management style with a flat, equalised structure. Description of essential and desirable technical, professional and personal skills
EDUCATION: E.g. technical/financial/foreign languages. At what level? (State if essential or desirable).
GCSEs including Maths and English essential
Diploma in Construction related topic desirable
Fully IT literate
WORK EXPERIENCE: E.g. knowledge of industry sector/line of business/products, experience with specific tasks, technical skills, computer experience. (State if essential or desirable).
2-3 years in the building industry, in a customer service position for example estimating, planning, coordinating, surveying
Experience in the windows industry
Experience with a builder or sub-contractor
Experience of reading drawings
Project planning experience
Commercial experience within a sales organisation
