Placing Leades are working on behalf of our client who are based in Stourbridge and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established construction company who work on external facades.

You shall be working on numerous bespoke projects along with some more conventional builds.

Our clients business is expanding steadily hence this fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

What it’s about:

Office based predominantly, however site visits will be required from time to time.

Deal with any disputes to successful resolution, Agree final accounts

Agree contract terms with clients

A full driving license is essential.

Working as an integral part of the project team.

Oversee all project Valuation’s and Variations.

Mentor and Train Junior QS

Negotiate rates, terms & place orders for major materials packages.

Working closely with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications:

5 years or more experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

A practical, logical and methodical approach to thinking and problem solving.

Be confident in dealing directly with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Clients and Subcontractors.
